Jubilee Year of St Francis of Assisi

The Jubilee Year of St Francis of Assisi is a special time of celebration, prayer, and reflection in the Catholic Church marking a significant anniversary in the life of St Francis, one of the most beloved saints. In 2026, the Church commemorates the 800th anniversary of his death (1226–2026).

St Francis is known for his deep love of God, his care for the poor, and his respect for creation. He founded the Franciscan Order and inspired many people to live lives of simplicity, peace, and service.

During this Jubilee Year, our pupils have led and shared Celebration of the Word with their families in school.
