Payments and Charges

From January 2018, St Sebastian's became a cashless school. All payments are made via the School Spider App.

Our school office staff, Miss Connaughton, Mrs Skeffington and Mrs Cooper (School Business Manager) will be happy to help with any queries.

Are you new to the School Spider App?

Using the School Spider App gives you the flexibility to pay for school items such as lunches, trips, Breakfast Club and HOmework Club anytime at your convenience and you can also view your child's dinner money,  Breakfast Club and Homework Club balances.

For guidance on installing the School Spider App, see the guide below.

Charging and Remissions

We do not charge for educational activities that take part during the school day.  However, without some contribution from parents, it would be impossible to run all of the activities we offer. School trips are subsidised for pupils eligible for the Pupil Premium Grant and after school sports clubs are subsidised through the School Sports Premium Grant.  We ask for a voluntary contribution from parents to cover trips or activities in order to continue to offer these experiences to our children, and we thank you for your support in this area.  Our charging and remissions policy can be found here.

Items provided by school

School currently provides a school bag and a water bottle for every pupil. We also provide all stationary materials.

Please do not send other bags, stationary or water bottles into school.

Mobile phones may only be brought in by Year 6 pupils who walk home alone. Parents must complete a form at the back of the Mobile Phone Policy. All mobile phones are stored in the school office.

In addition, we remind parents that no other items or toys must be brought into school without written consent from the headteacher or SENDCo. School does not accept liability for loss or damage to any items brought into school without permission.
