SCHOOL BUSINESS MANAGER – Required ASAP

Grade: 3C SCP 32 -35 (£25,702 - £27,778)

 

Grade from April 2019: SCP 26-29 (£26216 - £29196)

 

Working Hours: 36 Hours per Week -Term Time Only plus 2 weeks

(ie.5 INSET days, plus 5 additional days during the school holidays)
 

Contract Type: Permanent

The Governing Body of St. Sebastian’s R.C. Primary School wish to appoint a highly skilled and motivated School Business Manager due to the retirement of our much respected Business Manager.

 

The post holder will provide specialist financial support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the school.  

 

We are looking for someone who:

  • has previous financial experience;
  • has a qualification in school business management or is willing to study to achieve this;
  • has experience of working in a school office or similar environment;
  • is familiar with, and has an understanding of, the responsibilities and requirements of the post including; finance, HR, health and safety, line managing support staff and facilities management;
  • can work under pressure managing competing priorities;
  • is committed to upholding the Catholic ethos of this wonderful school.
