School Meals

School meals are cooked on the premises by Citywide Services. The Cook Supervisor is Mrs O'Keeffe and her assistants are Mrs Mclean, Miss Rosevere and Mr Nugent.  The children are supervised by our Welfare Assistants, Miss Coffey (Senior Welfare), Mr Christian, Miss Foy, Mr Thomson, Miss Kerr, Miss Cade, Mrs Kasinska and Miss Murden.

The cost of a school meal is £10.00 per week and payment is made each Monday to the school office. For those pupils that are eligible for free school meals, parents need to register by telephoning 0161 793 2500 after which school receives an email confirming entitlement.

N.B. The start date of free meals cannot be backdated and should it expire and need renewing it must be done immediately otherwise meals will need to be paid for.

Pupils can bring a packed lunch but if changing from meals to packed lunches or vice versa we ask that you let us know in writing please.

Ever wonder what your child has had for dinner? Can they not remember? Check out the menus to find out for yourself. The menu is sometimes subject to change depending on deliveries. We also offer a daily vegetarian choice and through consultation can cater for pupils who require specific diets e.g. those with nut allergies.
