Subtising game

Nursery have been learning how to subitise objects up to 2. They have used a dice to subitise the dots to play a game where they have to count the correct amount of fish to feed the cat. 

Number Day

Friday 2nd February 2024

Nursery had so much fun celebrating number day! Our focus number was 4 so we had to find different ways we could make 4.

We chose outfits they had numbers on then we played fun maths games, we sang one of our favourite songs, 4 little speckled frogs, ribbet, ribbet!

International Day

Friday 16th February 2024

Nursery enjoyed celebrating International Day being able to waer clothes to represent their heritage. For a special treat they took park in some maths board games, snakes and ladders, hopscotch and puzzles!
